Daniel and his 3 friends are examples of lives filled with faith in God, conviction, steadfastness, humility. Although they were exiles in a country filled with idolatry, sin and seduction, they refused to allow Babylon to fill them. They stay true and committed to the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Even as young teenagers, they hid the word of God in their hearts and did not sin against God. God gave Daniel the understanding of the kings dream which was prophetic that would take place over thousands of years and is still coming to pass in our day.
