Christ is the sower of the seed. The children of God are the seed. The field is the world. The tares are the children of the wicked. We are to allow the seed of the word to produce in our life and in the earth and be careful to not allow the seed of the enemy to affect the seed of God in our life. But we rest assured knowing that at the end of the world, Christ the expert will separate the wheat which the children of God are from the tares which are the children of the wicked.
